Online orders placed through your website with InstantOrder can be received by your kitchen via a prep-ticket printer, digitally to a tablet, or texted directly to your phone. You can set one preferred method to receive online orders or choose a combination of multiple methods to best fit your needs.

What if I get busy and sell out of an item on my menu?

You or a member of your staff can make changes as needed to products on your menu, or disable products if you sell out.

How do I get the money for orders paid for online?

Setting up online payments will allow your customers to pay for orders online with a credit or debit card. The money will be securely deposited in the business's account, much like in-store card payments every 3 to 5 days.
