Once you have decided that InstantOrder is the online ordering system for you, you will go through our simple onboarding process.

Step 1

You will fill out our online onboarding form at InstantOrder.academy. This online interactive form asks questions about your business that we will need to set up your online menu, apps, and billing through ACH.

Step 2

We will then need to create a new subdomain on your current website, so your ordering system is linked to your website. If you do not have a website, we can design and build one for you with our in-house web developers.

Step 3

Once you fill out the onboarding form, we will direct you to our photo upload site InstantOrder.me. This site allows you to easily upload your menu, photos of your food, and your store logos so we can add them to your system.

Step 4

Finally, we will set up your method of receiving orders, for example a prep printer or a tablet for digital orders.

We will then test your system and go live!
